Refund policy
Refunds & Returns
Any purchase made can be returned at the customers cost for a full refund within 14 days of you receiving your order. All returns must be submitted by email to kevin@billericaygolf.co.uk prior to being sent.
- You have 14 days to return your item(s)
- The goods must be unused and in the original packaging with all labels still attached.
- Return postage will be at your own expense and a signed for service must be used.
- A refund will be processed within 7 days of us receiving your return.
- Refund amounts exclude delivery costs to you, if Free delivery was including in your purchase then £5 will be deducted from your refund to cover our costs.
Exchanges
Any items can be returned within 30 days of your purchase date for an exchange and notification must be sent to kevin@billericaygolf.co.uk.
- You have 30 days to return your item(s)
- We will charge £5 to send any exchange to you to cover delivery costs.
- Any difference in price must be settled prior to new items being dispatched, we will contact you direct and take payment over the phone.
Faulty Items
- All goods are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months; this is underwritten by the manufacturers and upon proof of purchase can be used at any dealer.
- The warranty period runs from the date of your original purchase.
- To return a faulty item you must first notify us by email at kevin@billericaygolf.co.uk
- Once we receive your email we will contact you within 2 days to offer a solution on how best to move forward to resolve the issue.
- For returned products, once a fault has been identified the product will be repaired or replaced depending on the manufacturer’s decision. This can take up to 14 days.
- Products under 2 weeks from original purchase date will be exchanged immediately.
Damaged Delivery
- If you receive a delivery that is damaged please sign for it as damaged with the courier and notify us at kevin@billericaygolf.co.uk with 2 days.
